Policies and Disclaimer

General Service Policy:
Most appointments last one hour, and I expect to start on time. Late arrival means losing that time. If a session runs over, additional increments of 15 minutes will be calculated and added to the session time.

Reservation Policy:
You can make your reservation or inquire about a free 20 minutes consultation by text, phone, or via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling an appointment by either party must be made 24 hours in advance. I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions that are canceled in a timely manner. Missed appointments will be due or count against your pre-paid package.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due when the appointment is scheduled.

Coaching to Joy and PSYCH-K® Agreement and Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is very important to me. I assure you I will never share or sell your personal information. This information includes but is not limited to names, phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, and banking information. I would never collect any personal information without your knowledge.
